[Music] welcome to fin framework software to redefine building automation optimize building efficiency and comfort reduce costs and streamline performance with a solution that simplifies visualization and control the fin framework integrates seamlessly with your building management system reducing complexity and automating data handling the fin framework makes it quick and easy to build custom dashboards to monitor and manage system performance you can create your own dashboards customize widgets and share your dashboards with others to get started select the dashboard tool in the app menu to create view and edit your dashboards create your first dashboard by giving it a title the dashboard on field should pre-populate automatically based on your navigational context then select the layout and get started to add your first widget click to edit your desired widget group from here you can choose from a variety of widget types including history charts value charts value gauges single text values graphics weather widgets data tables and maps let's start with the value gauge and select the gauge visual you prefer then navigate to the point you'd like to bind to the gauge and customize the color these gauges will automatically adjust their minimum and maximum values based on that point's min val and max valve properties so make sure those are present in your database you can continue to build out and customize your dashboard dragging and scaling unlimited widgets and building custom comparisons to ensure you can see exactly the data you need to when you are finished setting up your dashboard make sure to save it for site specific management and diagnostics use fin framework site level graphic for system performance at a glance easily access and control every building at a site and keep tabs on any alarms and overrides associated with those buildings click to dig deeper into any overrides and release the overrides from this view let's click on floor 1 to access the navigational menu here you can find the notes app which allows users to provide context and document any system issues or failures notes can be assigned to different users in the system which makes it easy to alert tenants or to assign tasks to maintenance personnel users can also create summaries for the system navigate to the summary builder and create a new summary from here create a custom summary running on exactly which levels and points you use most these summaries pull data based on tags so always review your filters we can also customize the order of our summary points to prioritize the data you want to see first returning to floor 1 and selecting summaries you'll see the summary we just created from here we can access the graphic or any of the tools associated with that device we can also manually command points to set specific modes and see which points are an override we can also add in comparisons saving time and effort in building monitoring these data points can also be exported to either a csv or a pdf to share and document data users can also visually monitor performance at a floor level when a floor plan is built a wizard within the fin framework creates real-time indicators to check on performance at a glance this tool allows users to compare room temperatures to set points and set deviations from here you can see which rooms are running cooler or warmer than their set points and how far they're deviating from them in purple you can see which rooms have overrides set fin framework provides even more advanced reporting and data storage options to monitor performance and keep key parties updated add building managers and tenants to specific properties and equipment giving tenants an accurate view of their energy consumption build custom reports create invoices and automate their delivery all within the fin reporting system with one of the fin framework's newest updates all of these features can be accessed from any device anywhere in the world through finish to cloud quickly register devices control and monitor sites and sync user data remotely with ease thanks for reviewing this introduction to the fin framework we hope you gained useful insights into ways you can make your building smarter and manage them more intuitively from a holistic site view all the way down to the equipment level use the fin framework to improve performance and reduce operating expenses with actionable intelligence for informed decision making thanks for watching [Music]
