Excel's Team Communication Process

[Music] step one in the communicating for team success process each participant completes a brief online survey about 12 minutes and this takes place 2 weeks before the session step two 2 to 3 days before the meeting each participant will receive a copy of their profile bya email at the session itself for 3 to 4 hours participants will learn about their own Styles and how they can be effective communicating with others in an engaging participatory manner some of the benefits of the session participants will understand their unique Comm communication Styles and understand the communication preferences of their immediate work team for greater productivity they'll also learn how to communicate for greater Effectiveness with peers direct reports and superiors that reduce time and performance waste resulting from miscommunication they'll reduce mismanagement of direct reports they'll enhance work team open Communications that reduce conflict stress staff turnover and most important importantly they'll have some fun in addition to their own individual profiles participants will leave the session with a team wheel and other follow-up materials to support ongoing implementation of their communication [Music] strategies
