Do You Actually Know What Your Customer Wants?

ScoreApp · Beginner ·🚀 Entrepreneurship & Startups ·1mo ago
Do you really understand what your customer is going through? Most businesses focus on what they're selling. The best businesses focus on who they're selling to. There's a simple exercise that can completely change the way you market and sell. Start with your customer's current reality. What does their life or business look like right now? What's frustrating them? What's not working? Then think about their desired reality. Where do they want to be? What does success look like for them? And then look at the obstacles. What's standing between where they are now and where they want to be? Your job is to move them from their current reality to their desired reality as quickly and smoothly as possible. That's it. That's what great marketing does. And if you layer AI on top of that process, you can speed up every single step of the journey for your customer. Understand the movie in their head, remove the obstacles, and get them to the result faster than anyone else can. #marketing #business #entrepreneur #customerexperience #AI
