Hi, and welcome to Everlaw. My name is Kayla and I'm on the user education team. Today, I'll be talking to you about the results table. On Everlaw, the results table is the primary way you'll access and sort your documents. You can get to a results table by opening a search, a binder, or an assignment. Similar to a spreadsheet, where each row represents a different document, and each column shows different information about that document. You can change the information you see in the results table using the view icon to add and remove columns. This lets you customize the information you see to best meet [music] your review needs. For example, you might want to look at specific email information if your documents are mostly emails. You can organize your results table by moving things around, resizing columns, sorting documents into a particular order, such as chronological order, or filtering to focus on the documents you need, such as a specific date range. When working in the results table, your project may have a default grouping applied, but you can change it by clicking the settings button. Grouping lets you organize related documents together. For example, you can group by email threads in the settings panel. This keeps related emails and attachments together in order. You can apply batch actions to these [music] documents in the results table. Batch actions let you apply review work to multiple documents in a single step. After selecting the documents you want, choose the batch button and select modify or press the space bar on your keyboard to open the batch panel. From there, you can apply codes, add documents to binders, add notes, and make other updates across all selected documents. You may want to export the documents in your results table for viewing or sharing outside of Everlaw. [music] The export icon has several format options, [music] including PDF export and a full zip export if needed. You can download your export to your local computer from the home page once it's completed. Finally, quick review allows you to see the contents of the document without opening the full review window [music] and see any ratings and codes that are currently applied. You can apply a coding preset here or open the document for full review. To continue your Everlaw journey and learn more about your results table, click this link. That's it for this video on the results table. If you have any questions or concerns along the way, your Everlaw contract includes [music] access to our support team, user community, and training center. Thank you and have a great day.
