Once you're there, find the create button. It's on the top [music] left portion of the screen. Click that, and then select form. You [music] can start from scratch and use Jotform's drag-and-drop form builder, use a customizable form [music] template, and more. I'm going to use Jotform AI. I'll simply tell it what I need, and it will create a customizable form [music] in seconds. You can use voice commands or use your keyboard to enter a prompt. I have a prompt prepared, so I'm going to enter it >> [music] >> and hit the send button. Now, the more detail you provide here, the better. Ask for drop-down menus for behavior types, and make key fields required for consistency. Use multiple-choice questions so teachers [music] can submit a referral quickly. These are third-party publish options including Canva and WordPress. And then you have PDF. You can actually download a fillable version of your form in PDF format.
