Claude’s New Memory Import Feature

Anthropic recently updated Claude’s free plan with a memory import feature. You can now export what another model knows about you and bring that context into Claude. They provide a prompt for this. Copy it, paste it into another model, generate your stored context, and then import that into Claude’s memory section.
