Agentic AI is a type of AI that combines Generative AI with tools and actions, allowing us to build "agents" to assist us with everyday tools like Gmail, Office365, Google Sheets, Salesforce, etc. These agents can perform tasks on our behalf, such as updating a spreadsheet or sending an email.
