ChatGPT is killing your learning! Here’s how Conceptual Learning is more important than copy pasting problem in ChatGPT. Or, in other words, how fundamentals are more important than copy pasting problems or questions and answers getting your solution from model without a second thought. ChatGPT is powerful to learn, but it requires to double check and make sure it does things correctly. If you are not an expert and are asking about something you know nothing about, a funny tip is to ask the same question to multiple instances or language models. This way, it confirms the model is not completely hallucinating. If you are using ChatGPT plus, another tip is to ask it to make sure its information is up to date and appropriate by Googling. So asking the model to google it before it gets you a response. Then, you may still need to confirm with old-fashion googling and forums.
