BOMBSHELL! Ripple XRP News! 🚨

Welcome back, guys. Hope you're all having a great day out there. Ripple just delivered a huge blow to competitors. In this video, we're going to discuss what this means for XRP and RLUSD. Also, something that aligns that is also big for RLUSD and XRP. Now, I want to talk about why the market's pulling back. We're going to discuss that, some of the latest on the Clarity Act, and more. This isn't just XRP pulling back here today as XRP is pulling back about 3 and a half 4% right now. The entire market, Bitcoin, altcoins, blue chips across the board are pulling back. And why is that? Well, here at US stock market open today, we saw 1.1 trillion actually wiped out from the US stock market. And why is that? Well, as we see this tech chip stock spillover, uh, selloff spillover, if you will, investors are rotating out of some of these overhyped AI and semiconductor stocks, which is adding for a more a broader risk off appetite, riskoff mood. And so cryptocurrencies considered risk on is being affected a bit here in the short term as this uh this is seeing we're seeing serious outflows also in ETFs. BTC uh tested key support near around 62K after re recent weakness also amplified by ongoing spot Bitcoin ETF outflows and leveraged uh longs that are unwinding right now. But if you can see what is happening in this world right now and e and Ripple and XRP and RLUSD's position here, guys, this is nothing more than an opportunity. That is without a doubt because Ripple just put out more licensing momentum. Ripple has secured its preliminary crypto asset service provider. Now, this license in Luxembourg is paving the way for the full roll out of Ripple payments across the EA and full MA compliance. Now, they put out a press release on this. I'm going to put it in the description below if you guys want to go through and read it, but they talk about how this is the next wave of regulated digital asset adoption in Europe. It's here and it's powered by Ripple. Now, why is this actually bad for Tether? Is Tether has uh not pursued Mika authorization and has publicly resisted key requirements. But yet we've got Ripple uh getting perfectly positioned in Europe and around the world with the proper licensing again here today securing its preliminary crypto asset service provider. And so we're seeing, you know, the likes of RLUSD being put on the map, which anything that is good for RLUSD is of course complimentary to XRP. As we see that volume come on chain onto the XRPPL, adding to utility of XRP and knowing that every single transaction on the XRPL utilizes XRP, there's a small burn there and it is a uh finite supply that XRP has. We want to see further adoption of RLUSD. Now in this uh in this press release as they put Ripple secures preliminary MA calf license enabling full-scale payment services across Europe. They write, "The CAF's line license combined with Ripple's existing EU electronic money institution license will mean that European banks, fintexs, and corporates can access Ripple's full crypto asset and stable coins payment infrastructure, collect exchange, and payout through a single integration for the first time. The license also positions Ripple to expand into broader crypto asset activities in the region as it continues to meet growing European demand for digital asset services and infrastructure. Europe is already a leading region for Ripple's products with a client base that spans some of the largest financial institutions. Now this was a direct quote from Cassie Kraok who is the managing director of UK and Europe at at Ripple. Mika has helped to unlock a new wave of institutional digital asset adoption and we are seeing that demand accelerate across the region. Financial market infrastructure is moving onchain for crossber payments and settlement to collateral management and tokenized assets and banks and fintexs are actively building the digital asset capabilities they need to remain competitive with our growing European presence, regulatory track record, and institutional grade infrastructure. We're ready to meet the moment and support the transition at scale. Let's go. Now, just yesterday, we saw that US the US Senate passed C uh CBDC ban until 2030. And the US Senate uh passing a bill blocking the Federal Reserve from issuing a CBDC on 20 until 2030, guys. Why is this big? Why is this big? Is it's expected to pass the House and be signed into law by President Trump. Well, this takes pressure off RLUSD, the stable coin, Ripple's uh stable coin. It eliminates direct Fed competition. A USCBDC would have been a Fed issued digital dollar, fully backed, widely available, and potentially programmable. And so what this bill does until at least December 31st of 2030, this gives private stable coins like RLUSD, USDC, and others uh years years of runway to become that default digital USD without a government version crowding them. And so the scalability will be there. Uh less competition. And what we're seeing in Europe and around this world, guys, is Ripple, XRP, and RLUSD slowly, quietly becoming absolutely dominant. And I shouldn't say quietly because it's getting quite loud. Everyone's talking about it. Even the naysayers are having a hard time denying what is happening in this ecosystem as some just absolutely bombshells are coming out. Now, with the Crypto Clarity Act, guys, I saw Stan with Crypto put out. The Senate is going to uh going for recess next week, and the Clarity Act vote does not have a scheduled vote. Tell your senator to bring it to the floor. No delays. Vote before recess. Well, what we have here actually is uh from the from the United States Committee on Financial Services putting out a hearing notice on House Financial Service Committee scheduled for in July on the 14th digital asset financial technology and artificial intelligence subcommittee filled hearing entitled quote building the future of finance how the clarity act unlocks innovation. And so that will be happening July 17th at 10 a.m. I have a very strong uh feeling here that we are going to see this thing get through at least by uh hopefully by the end of July. As Senator Cynthia Lis has put out the Clarity Act is clear. Writing code is not money transmission. That distinction will matter for a generation of builders. Guys, this is what is happening in the digital revolution right now. A lot of great things happening. Hard to see sometimes with prices continuously selling off, but the opportunity is absolutely there.
