Coding "Cloud Clones" in Scratch is achieved by combining Clones & Cloud Variables to create a MMO (Massive Multiplayer Online) experient that you can drop into any of your games using the Scratch Backpack. In episode 3 of this Scratch tutorial series we code up use Cloud Clones to make the players visible. We expand to use 8 channels of cloud variables to communicate at scale And we figure out how players can leave (efficiently managing the remaining player slots).
