I am ambitious. I'm not prepared to scale it back. But what I do want is to work in a way which is sustainable >> because what we tend to see and I think particularly you know if you go into a high level or you're a business owner you will adopt ways of you will try and achieve success at any means you know and then you start to compromise on so many things that keep you well in the pursuit of that success. And so now I think a lot more people are saying that may have been in the old world. I think sometimes I think back to like my grandparents and parents and how they worked and it was almost like don't complain, you know, you know, make sure you're available, say yes to everything, make sure you're committed. In fact, if anything, we were like glamorizing the overunctioning and that burnout sort of side of things. Whereas now, I think what we're starting to realize is we don't need to work harder, we need to work smarter because we can still achieve, but we can do it where well-being is part of that conversation and still plays a role in that as
