AI Engineers - Agents at Work - NYC Summit

800 AI engineers got together in NYC to talk about AI Agents. The theme was "Agents At Work." It was a three day, single track conference, hosted by Swyx. The first day was a leadership track for CTOs and VPs of AI, the second day was a technical track for AI Engineers, and the third day was hands on workshops. In this video I talk through some of my takeaways from the hallway track, leadership talks, why agents aren't living up to the hype, and where agents have already found product market fit.
