Adding Employees in HR Partner

hey everyone and welcome back to the HR partner essentials course so one of the most fundamental things an HR partner to getting started is to add your employees to the system after adding your employees to the system you can start to see the real value of HR partner and explore many more of the futures you may be wondering more about the different ways you can add your employees to the system it can definitely be easy to feel overwhelmed but the good news is that they're a couple of some really simple ways for you to add employees with an HR partner quickly and easily the first and most common method is to import your employees with a CSV spreadsheet so if you already have a spreadsheet with your employee data you can go ahead and easily import that into the system and what it'll do is it will automatically import all of your employees so if you already have a spreadsheet full of your employee data you can go ahead and import that spreadsheet in HR partner and what that will do is it'll automatically transfer all that data to HR partner automatically and that way you don't have to go through and add all the employees individually it'll just transfer them all over for you the second method of adding employees is to add them individually with an HR partner so if you don't already have a spreadsheet full of your employee data no worries what you can do is go ahead and add in your employees individually within the system the third way of adding employees to HR partner is by connecting to your payroll system we integrate with the number of different external payroll systems like zero so if you use payroll software such as Xero you can go ahead and connect that to HR partner and what it'll do is it'll automatically push your employee data from zero to HR partner and that way you don't have to enter everything in next I'm going to be showing you the most common methods and how to go ahead and add employees using those methods so what I'm going to be covering is how to add employees via CSV spreadsheet and how to add employees individually within the system alright I'll see you then
