cold messaging grind, guys. We basically do this all day pretty much. How many have you so far? 60. 60. I've done like 30. Probably 25, but like I'm catching up. So, the idea is that we basically reach out to everyone who we kind of spoke to in the last several months or whatever. We kind of just hope that now is the right time cuz nos in this world are usually not nows. So, let's see. We are very much proconcept but in the world of BD no doesn't mean no. That is only for business development [Music] purposes. What's up guys? Uh it is a new day. Basically there's this thing that we do which is kind of like a um like a startup mastermind. So basically a bunch of founders meet up. We discuss all of our wins, all of our challenges of the week. Um, and kind of try to see where we can help each other out on tech, on business development, on partnerships, on fundraising, on any of the kind of stuff. You just need that kind of founder community to really go to bat for you. Like we do this like once in every two weeks. It's about an hour in a little bit. Think of it like founder therapy, you know? So, um, yeah, really, really excited to meet the boys. Uh, yeah. Welcome to Startup Mastermind. Woo. So guys, usually I'm last to these things and for um once I'm actually first. So let's see what their reaction is. Guys, who runs here? What are your thoughts? Bro, I'm first for once. You You actually made a quite a drastic difference being the first one. Can we get coffee? Guys, these guys are so late. It's insane. On time. It's insane. They're never on time. We are always first. We even got coffee from dude. Yeah. Yo, welcome to the vlog, guys. We made it, dude. He does fly first class. Look at this guy. So, guys, this is where we sit and we discuss world domination. This is where it happens. The co-founders go to dens. Okay. So, what we got here? We got a katsu sandwich. And that's a buffalo chicken sandwich. Supposed to be spicy. Which one do I think you're participating in the vlog now? Let's go, guys. Bullet. I think I had an option. Yeah. I mean, I think it's going to be the buffalo to be honest. But guys, we're going to be here for 2 hours because usually takes 1 hour. Yeah. So, this is not going to be in the 5minute vlog. Okay. He knew that when he signed up. Yes. So, guys, I just had an interview with candidate. Let me tell you three mistakes that he made. Your job is to stand out in this process. One of the standard questions that I asked is why do you want to join us? If your response is that it's because of the industry you're in, that's not good enough. Show some curiosity. Right. The other piece I would say is there's a section in an interview where the interviewer goes like, "Hey, what questions do you have for me?" This is the chance that you have to be really different from everyone else. You have a golden shot to even build a relationship for a longer term, but you need to give them something to remember you by. The third piece is really just bringing character to your application because everyone's talented, everyone's skilled. What parts of your personality make you an interesting culture fit for this particular team? Like these things are so important to keep in mind and most people just miss it. Guys, I don't know why he's dressed like this to be honest. It's work. What are you working as a thief? Justin has a dream that we will once again be in a band together and sing songs and things like that. We had a packed. We all had a pack, but right now it's business, bro. It's work. We going for the I love everything you do. If you guys are watching this, you're part of Joel's followers. Followers is whatever it is. I'm part of it, but I was there before you guys were. And everyone watching this, if you guys know about vlogs and everything, help the guy. Like, comment, subscribe, guys. Yeah, that's your CTA. Welcome back to Dubai, bro. What is this, John? Bro, who here, buddy? Hey, hey, hey. This is work. This is work, bro. Hey, what what is your emotions about? What is your emotions? What is your emotions? This looks like one of those scented candle bottles, bro. Just looks like you can light. This looks like a scented candle. I think we should like to top it and then pick it up. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Slow, slow, slow. Always take it. So, did you feel that? Did anyone feel that? Relax, bro. Anyone feel that? [Music] [Applause]
