What did it end up costing? What did you end up making? Where Where's it all sitting? >> We spent 41,000 on the reno. So, as I said, 20,000 bucks for rubbish. >> Mhm. >> Uh 3,800 for floors, 12,000 for paint, the handyman just to fix up all the all the all the things. Uh blinds. Um so, we're all in So, we paid 630, all in 670. Valuation 850. So, what's that? 180 grand. And yeah, renting at 590 a week. >> Okay. So, your yield's pretty decent. Uh what are you at? Like 4 and 1/2-ish percent? Something like that? Your equity uplift then is is how much? >> 180.
