Which programming language should I learn?

TL;DR Should I learn C# or C++ for my next year in uni given that I don't know which of them I'll learn? I finished my freshman year in college, and I was explicitly told by my supervisor that we would learn either C# or C++ in the sophomore year. I have 3 months before the sophomore year, and I wonder which one I should learn, to prepare myself. submitted by /u/UpperDuri
