When can I include a language in my techstack?

I was able to learn the basics of these languages back then but never made anything cool enough. I could relearn them in a few days to design a simple website, but how do I actually get into the industry? I know this is mostly frontend, but are these enough? HTML CSS JS I never dabbled in frameworks, but I’m looking at React, Astro, or Angular (should I just choose one?). I did some basic things with Java, C#,
