What does a healthy, high-functioning PM org actually feel like day to day?

I’ve been rotating through PM roles and keep landing in environments that don’t feel quite right either the team dynamics are unhealthy or the company itself feels behind the curve with little real product direction. It’s starting to feel discouraging, and I’m trying to step back and recalibrate what “good” actually looks like in practice.
