This one should be juicy

My top competitor that is literally down the street from me is going out of business soon. They have an aged domain (not necessarily authoritative as semrush puts them at a 9 but im unsure how accurate that is - were only at a 1) with a lot of back links and a lot of traffic to their website. They have 200 times the amount of back links & around 3-5 times the amount of traffic than we do (according to semrush.) They have been in business much longer than us,
