The other day I was taking a dive in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). So it goes like, whenever a company works with vendors, that is, service providers or any external party to procure stuff or services, they have to give some level of access, directly or indirectly. This access has to be taken care of because if not handled properly, it can be misused.

> Because sometimes, the smallest window left open may give access to the whole house.

Well, this started making more sense to me when I went on looking for some real-world case where TPRM failed.

This quest took me to an island full of gold (I am a Pirates of the Caribbean fan, so yeah haha).
