Struggling with perfectionism.

Hi guys, i wanted to know how long does it realistically take you to build an end to end full stack project like an e-commerce website, a news website, a personal portfolio or this regular websites and mobile apps that customers mostly ask for? I am really struggling with perfectionism and i really doubt my skills and knowledge whenever i don’t finish a project in 2 days max. I am a self taught solo dev and i have been coding consistently for almost 7 mo
