Abstract

This paper presents a formal exposition of the Qamalyan–E Hypothesis, a novel cosmological framework designed to solve two of modern physics' most pressing dilemmas simultaneously: the nature and origin of Dark Matter (DM) and the Baryon Asymmetry of the Universe (BAU). Traditional models isolate these phenomena, treating baryogenesis and dark matter decoupling as independent events governed by unrelated mechanisms.
