## Quando o sistema para de se corrigir

E xiste um padrão que eu observo há anos — em guerras, em empresas, em operações de infraestrutura de TI — e que ainda não vi nomeado com precisão.

Chamo de **Pioria Continuada**.

É o oposto da melhoria contínua. Um processo onde pequenas falhas deixam de ser exceções e passam a fazer parte do funcionamento normal. A organização continua operando — e até evoluindo — mas sobre uma base que ninguém mais quer questionar. Cada decisão incompleta se acumula. Até que consertar o problema original significa desfazer tudo que foi construído depois.
