Physical Project Ideas

I’m beginning two projects, BadUSB and a GPS Tracker. I want to build some more skilled projects but I’m not sure what to build. A WiFi Jammer would be really cool to build but it is illegal all throughout the country. Are there any attacker projects “legal” to build.
