Physical Note-taking

Does anyone have any advice, recommended resources, or structure for physical note-taking when learning multiple programming languages? For context, I’m MSc Data Science student learning multiple languages (Python, JavaScript, R, SQL etc) and it helps me remember to take physical notes and I prefer looking through a notebook when coding to remind myself how to do something.
