Organizational product knowledge problem

Fellow PMs, I’d like to ask for any practical tips to solve the documentation problem in my company. The state of our feature and product documentation is woeful: it’s essentially a document pile filled with partially up-to-date, partially not documentation that only people who already know can decipher. This is a terrible situation and as we move into our exciting, agentic future, I thought I could apply Karpathy’s LLM Wiki as a way to feed it the PRDs
