There’s a lot of conversation right now about AI and automation in design. About what happens when more and more of the “doing” part gets replaced.
And I keep coming back to something that’s been true for me for years.

I do enjoy it — there’s something calming, almost meditative in crafting UI, in getting the flow right, in polishing details until everything clicks. But it was never the reason I chose this profession. It was always more of a byproduct
