Microsoft Live credential stuffing

Anyone receive MFA notifications on their live account from a credential stuffing attempt? It's not an account I use often so I'm surprised the password got leaked. It's a password randomly generated by my password manager. Plugged my password into haveibeenpwned and it doesn't seem to be in any of Troy's databases.
