Mentor help for DevOps

Hello, I currently have 4 years of experience ( bits and pieces in everything ) most in DevOps. Some in vulnerability fixes etc.. Started out fresh out of college. Got into a decent team old tech but good team. Kept working for a while and felt I could do it in IT. On my request I went to a different team which was DevOps work(still work for old sometimes).
