ky: Stop Writing Fetch Boilerplate

ky is a tiny fetch-based HTTP client — 4KB gzip, zero dependencies. Built-in retry with exponential backoff, timeout, hooks (like interceptors), JSON shorthand. 3x smaller than axios, half the code of raw fetch.
