Ghost passwords?

Why are there 4 passwords in my google security dashboard here that don’t exist? Does anyone know how to clear them? They were originally on my computer and I deleted them but they never actually cleared here? Nothing shows up on any device when I try to delete them again and I tried clearing cache.
