## **Introduction**

Association rule mining is a pattern detection technique which finds hidden patterns and relationship between items in large dataset. Imagine some people buy bread and milk together frequently and the shopkeeper will remember the pattern, and when a new person will ask for bread the shopkeeper will suggest milk. These algorithms can be used for recommender system as well as market basket analysis.

Imagine there is high temperature so people are buying ice creams. But in this case how high is the temperature? What does high means? 10°or 30° or 50°? Fuzzy Association Rule Mining allows to capture more realistic relationships between items rather than depending on the exact numerical values.
