Does Core Web Vitals Increase Google Trust?

Hello everyone. When I started blogging, there was no issue in core web vitals issue. As i started getting clicks consistently, I noticed google added an issue in Core Web Vitals and it was a CLS issue. I've resolved the issue on mobile and I'm currently trying to fix it on PC(validation is going on right now). This brings me to my question.
