_A career reality check nobody in the bootcamp industry wants to give you._

I’ve watched three people in my network spend serious money on DevOps certifications this year. AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform — the whole stack. One of them messaged me last month, frustrated, asking why he was still getting ghosted by recruiters despite having four shiny badges on his LinkedIn.
