I haven’t been able to find a solution that fits all my requirements, so I’d like to ask how much it might cost to build a site with the following features: It’s a multi-manga website with a bilingual interface. I’m looking for a Webtoon-style main page with chapter thumbnails, but inside each chapter I’d like a horizontal reading experience (right/left navigation) instead
