Ask HN: How do you assess teamwork skills during interview?

The standard technical interview process: 4 technical interviews that cover data structures, algorithms, system design, etc., with perhaps a conversation over food, is not enough to assess how well a candidate would fit into a team. Do you disagree with this premise? If so, why? How do you gauge team skills during your interview process? What do you look for? How has it worked for you?
