## What I Learned When an AI Almost Made Me Ship a Lie

On a Saturday morning in April 2026, an AI almost made me ship a lie to people who were counting on me.

Not because the AI was malicious. Not because I wasn’t paying attention. Because I’d been running twelve projects concurrently, code-switching between them every couple of hours, cutting corners on the one discipline that keeps AI-paired work honest — and the corners I’d been cutting finally caught up with me.

This is the story of that Saturday, and the framework I rebuilt from it: six dimensions, earned from a specific failure, portable across every kind of AI-paired work I do.

I’m calling it **6D Prompting**. Context, Constraints, Evidence, Task, Report, Rules. The framework is at the end. First, the story of why I needed it — because the framework alone is just another acronym, and the lesson is worth more than the acronym.
