**What is NLP?**

Natural Language Processing(NLP) is the processing of natural language information by a computer . Natural language? language which is used organically in human community. The field of NLP began in 1940s,after WW2. People recognized the importance of language translation and hoped to create that a machine would do that automatically.

Around the same time in history , around 1957 -1970 researchers split into two concerning NLP : symbolic(rule-based)and stochastic . IN Rule-based , researchers focused on formal language and generating syntax more of a rule type . While Stochastic researchers were interested in statistical and probabilistic methods of NLP , working on pattern recognition between texts .
